With wars just keep popping up left and right, I don't see prices crashing down. Fed has to maintain higher interest rates in order to stabilize a crash, while also paying out the military industrial complex trillions to keep it steady. Once wars stop and IF China stops fucking with the manipulation of goods/prices in order to fuck with our trade deals, then shit will finally crash, but I don't see that happening for another 2 years minimum.

My rent has skyrocketed the past 4 years and I haven't even moved. I'm afraid I'll have to downsize and that's just not fair.
