I don't think the Biden Regime had much control over the SS increase, it is dictated by a COLA based on govt inflation statistics. If anything, Biden reduced the increase in SS by minimizing the govt reported inflation. This doesn't mean Biden won't embrace it and claim he did that in a weak attempt to gain retiree favor before elections.

I meant the niggers will probably get a raise too. I have no issue with elderly getting support, although today there are many leeches on society that will end up getting a handout when they get older. This generation getting benefits worked for it.
