It has nothing to do with the fact that prices have outpaced wages for the last 40 years and it's now above and beyond what normal people can afford, and a lot of people of any age simply do not have the income to service the debt these purchases require.

I have a pretty good job, but I couldn't qualify for a house in my neighborhood these days.

Loud coffee?

Well coffee and loud noises are causing people to get blood clots and die, so one could logically conclude that loud coffee is even more dangerous. My science is more accurate than that which helped develop the covid shots, you can't change my mind.
