50k for this type of work is pretty fucking good if you’re not soldering shit that goes into space, TBH. it's not that hard. it's far more than i made as an engineering tech when I was 18 doing the same work, and, I'm not that fucking old. just a summer fucking around with pops building projects and shit, and an ansi soldering certification was a cakewalk for a job doing this shit.

Ithat said, I agree, advertisong this in Cali at these rates is suspect. they can find American workers if they wanted to at these rates, but there's no way to do it in California. fuck that place.
