We live in a pathocrasy. The rule of the insane. This would all work perfectly for everyone's benefit if we just removed the psychopaths from all positions of power.

Your definition of "psychopath" is so fucking loose that society would collapse on itself if you had your way because the only people who wouldn't fit your definition are the suicidally altruistic.
