Same with all the restaurants that have gone under, also. There is the argument that family restaurants are going extinct, but they largely priced themselves out of the market. Applebee's is one of the few that is trying to reserve the expensive food trend but it's probably too little too late

And to that, I understand that margins are thin in the restaurant biz, and that the last four years have been punishing to those businesses. Not all of them fall under that mantra, but I lost quite a few favorites that were doing ok, but didn't have enough foot traffic to continue during fauci's lie.

Same here. Red Lobster and TGI Fridays hurt a lot more for nostalgia than recent trips.

I had to scold my wife this past weekend for this shit. She legit thinks that he's doing an amazing job, until I had to remind her that prices aren't going down, tarrifs war means recession or depression within 6 months, still no arrests or Epstein file disclosure, southern border might be safe but now they're just going in the north border.

I watch a series on YouTube called “Bankrupt.” I now can safely say when the narrator reaches the part of the story where he says the business in question was bought by a private equity firm, I know I’ve hit the final phase before they’re toast.
