My youngest son, 25, just bought his first house with his Wife and 2 kids. They are hard workers with ambition. Neither went to college. She has some sort of nursing assistant cert and he went into the trades. There is lots of money to be made out there for those that are willing to go get it. By the way, they bought a pretty nice house in a good neighborhood. Not a cheap dump in the hood.
