Before reading everything it already has a MASSIVE flaw that WILL be exploited. This just feels like its creating a government (mostly) funded investment fund that private organizations would benefit from. Sounds like a bad idea.. Just look at all of the publicly managed Pension funds that have mostly been a huge failure other than to make a few people very rich.

Could create an investing account seeded with $1,000 for each child that’s born in the U.S.
