Walmart is scared that fat people are buying less food. Look up the side effects of ozempic though. Looks fairly unpleasant.

Then again, it could also be that people just don't have the money to buy as much anymore with all of this inflation.

Just got back from a doc appointment with my bf. His doc wanted him on it. I've heard way too much about it so we politely declined. I don't want him to risk GI stasis and pancreatitis (he's had it in the past from high lipids). I've also heard of depression and skin sloughing off.

It seems like the new trendy thing with no long term studies.

Oh and I doubt it is ozempic. I'm betting on inflation.

It's inflation. I don't know how long this new trend has been going on, but my money is on inflation (pun intended) that's been already going on.

That's what I keep thinking. People just have less money. So they are buying less. The article claims that Walmart is tracking shoppers specifically that are taking Ozempic or similar drugs (because they use the walmart pharmacy they have the data). Creepy, right?

I've been eating less, but then again I'm in decent shape.
