If the urban commercial real estate market collapse, regional banks will also collapse. The non-too-big-to-fail banks are the ones that will take all of the losses. This will lead to a consolidation in banking, the government will bail out the too-big-to-fail banks, and will implement a CBDC during the ensuing panic (where is my life savings??? Uh oh I better accept this CBDC app on my smartphone as a replacement so I can buy groceries and pay my rent.). The puppet Biden (or the next puppet) will sign an executive order and congress will pass an act authorizing CBDCs to "save us". This act is already written and waiting for the right moment. The article also fails to point out that THIS WAS ALL BY DESIGN. The "pandemic" was justification for terrorizing us so we would accept lockdowns and ridiculous pandemic relief spending.
