The Economic ninja is correct. For the last 40+ years, critical thinking skills have been replaced with feelings (and over-medication). If you can't count on rational behavior from an employee, there's no way they can live up to their responsibilities as a Citizen. It's just a small example of how of the plan to detach people from the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and our Constitutional Republic is succeeding.
