i wish but the repoercussions were planned... you will own nothing and be happy b/c of entities like blackrock

The market is crazy in my area. I've been watching it for the last 20 years and there are probably 1/5 as many listings than the previous low. Houses that would have been in the mid $300k range a few months ago are now in the upper $400k range. These are not just all time high prices, but there was a huge jump quite recently.

yea they cant get too high or owner/investors will seller finance and banks hate that
