With more bullion being added each year, some of that (approx 10%) being recycled, it's really difficult to tell. Have used JM Bullion's site for some research in the past. I think I found the info in the "live charts" part of the site. (This is where I was looking for research stuff across multiple sites. JMB just stands out in my memory as being more helpful than others in the vein of extra info, but there's plenty of online bullion info/charts/etc to be had. And there's plenty of different opinions on bullion direction, up, down, buy, sell. So use caution, grain of salt.) Types on fly, please forgive typos.
Typos - i'm typing in gloves to be honest - always hitting the caps lock when going for an A, and then finally look at the screen to see i'm shouting half the comment. Ugh.
Anyway, probably impossible for us plebs to get a completely honest/ accurate accounting. I'm convinced much of it is dressed up in smoke and mirrors.
