Not really any more than we lost the war on "drugs". There was neither a war on poverty nor drugs. The war we lost was on niggers and unfettered jew immigration tactics.
I don't know about the war on poverty. I know that we have the richest "poor people" in the world. I am sure that we lost the war on corrupt politicians long ago...
It's impossible to get rid of poverty. Even in a fully white society some people would have less than others. Heres the thing though you can live a good life and be a moral person even if you are poor as long as you are white and believe in forces larger than yourself and this mortal coil.
You can get rid of poverty, you make sure the definition ensures that outcome. You've seen this phenomenon with vaccines, unemployment numbers...
Did We Lose the War on Poverty?
Short answer: Yes. If by "we" you mean White Americans.
All "wars" are banker's wars. And that means jews. Especially fake "wars" that specifically involve politicians and bankers throwing money at each in a never-ending cycle to "solve" something. It will cost trillions, and never, ever, be "won".

Agreed.
We lost when 'Affirmative Action' and Welfare were illegally forced on the American tax payer. Trump had a record low (minority) unemployment and a booming economy and liberal/socialism convinced the 'weak' to stay home and suck off the gov. (tax payer).
