When the four days get lengthened by an hour and a bit which is what my boss wants to do at the moment because fucking casuals keep noping out. Almost had to do a days work on my own when my team of 5 turned in to one guy who got to the car, asked where we were going, spat the dummy and walked on me but showed up 5 minutes later, vast majority of them are backpackers. I dont know what to tell em, its a shit job that everyone hates *but its work if you want it*
