When I own a home, any local ballot initiative to approve multifamily developments of any kind is voted NO. Hell no. Keep my property value up. CA is screwed anyway in the long term with the 'everyone can subdivide your property except for where Pelosi and Newsome live' law (thanx governor nuisance) that invites crowding and transforming single family neighborhoods into sprawling low income crowded hellholes.
