They're wrong. There is no labor shortage in the United States. Loads of people are unemployed. What we have is an excess of multinational mega corporations who think they're entitled to cheaper labor than the market will provide.

End the plandemic, break up large corporations and give their assets to the people who lost their businesses due to the plandemic. Boom problem solved.
