Self-fulfilling anticipation of inflation that will increase money velocity that will feed into more inflation and on and on goes the vicious inflationary cycle

What do you spend your spare dollars on? Or do you not believe there will be inflation and just hoard your dollars in anticipation of the opposite, ie deflation?

Property too depreciates against the dollar. The best store of value humans know curre tly is Bitcoin for retaining its dollar value. You can blame a small sample size, but through its lifetime, it has increased considerably year over year. The next best is Gold and it has been for a long time. Property comes after that.

The catch here is Bitcoin can become fractional and Gold has a very limited use. Property is a good thing to have, sure, but the best reason for its permanent rise in value is because of a decoupling dollar.

Silver rose something like 200% in the past few years last I checked. That's likely to be your best bet for upward mobility if you are still locked in the boomer/brainlet mindset that magic internet numbers aren't money.

I would definitely learn about crypto if I were all of you though. Of course I'm sure being poor is super fun, so feel free to keep doing that. At the very least, stop taking advice from people (even men; don't listen to me) or just parroting what they say. Doing your own research is important.

I do it all, but property is giving me the most return since the beginning of the year.

Yeah, because of inflation... If things really do correct like I've been expecting (I'm not alone), you're going to get 2008'd hard.

I only pay cash for property. I'll be fine.
