I think real inflation will continue to cause real estate to go up but not as much will sell because not as many will be able to buy in..especially if interest rates rise. Real estate will never go back to the prices it was 1 year ago. Those days are over. Remember unlike 2008 everyone getting mortgages today actually has a tough qualifying process. So they are paying real prices and not funny money speculative prices like in 2008. It might go back to prices it was a month ago but that's not an annual fall at all.
