Here in North American and across Europe and Asia the elderly were in large number collecting government money and care resources.

So yes it wouldn't surprise me in anyway if this was one of the planned outcomes.

Here in the US the government has raided social security multiple times. And across Europe their governments depleated their cash reserves caring for migrants.
