I had kenyan food once .
I am a world traveler, and eat/ like a lot of weird food, but I swear I ate elephant dung and random plant leaves at a popular kenyan restaurant when I asked for the most popular meal. If that is representative of African food, no wonder the nafta market has not embraced it.

That's because it's illegal to feed people spoiled meat in civilized countries
Because bush meat is nasty. Their food is so spicy and heavily seasoned because the staple ingredients are trash.
