This seems like a meaningless infographic there's no way to determine who owns what or even what the value of things are. How much American real estate is owned by Chinese? How many shares of Alibaba are owned by non-chinese? If a publicly traded German insurance company owns American government bonds and the interest rate in the US falls, who does that change in wealth get applied to?
