I'm a bartender myself, and I know a shit ton of people that ain't paying rent this month. Not to mention the fact that they aren't spending any money. And will they ever be able to catch up on rent after this quarantine ends? I'm thinking there will be a long period of depression following the coming days. Keep your ears to the ground.
