Secondly TODAY...we received another notice from the largest Dash Kit Manufacturer for after market car stereos (METRA) that they are running out of certain products and have no time frame when they will be back in stock. This is HUGE....because if Car stereo stores run out of these plastic dash pieces that allow us to upgrade most cars, we can't do it. Last week it was Kenwood and Pioneer with these types of notifications. This is just in my little world of electronics. Can you imagine what is happening globally? I hope everybody here on ZH has at least started to take precautions....hopefully you have what you need for an emergency...As you know, you are not being informed of the full impact that could be lurking...Production of everything is shut down with no time frame to start back up...think about that. And when they do start back up....how long till it gets back on the shelves? Another side note....yesterday I was scheduled to have a full shoulder replacement. I had it...Can't believe I am typing right now with a new Titanium shoulder the day after....but 5 days ago I got a call from the surgery center asking if I had been out of the country, and if I had been near anybody that was recently in China. If so, the surgery would be cancelled. I found this to be very telling as well as alarming. The Surgeon that did my surgery as well as all of the support people are well aware of the "Lies" that are coming out of China, and are watching it closely. I was very surprised how open they were about the ******** numbers being shown over the MSM. They asked me what websites I go to to try and stay on top of things...of course you know what I said. They all got their pens and pads out and wrote down ZH. I am one of the top dealers in the country for Kenwood....and I can NOT get straight answers out of them on key products that I need. It is amazing how hush hush they are being...and keep talking in circles. I also personally manufacture our own line of speakers and amps in China...and my connections over there say there is "Not even a guess" when production may start again. The manufacturers that I have been talking to also say that for Every week that manufacturing is shut down, it will add one month to that product being built. Think about that one?
