How many must die before this is outlawed?!?

I forgot the artist so asked ai.

Christo and Jeanne-Claude in 1991 had an installation called The Umbrellas. The project placed 1,760 giant yellow umbrellas across the hills near the Tejon Pass/Grapevine area of California, while a parallel installation with blue umbrellas was set up in Japan. Each umbrella was about 19 feet tall and weighed roughly 488 pounds. During high winds in October 1991, one umbrella broke loose and struck a woman named Lori Keevil-Mathews, killing her. Wind gusts were reported around 65 mph. Christo immediately shut down the exhibit several days early after the accident.
