Its unfortunate to knowingly receive stolen property in a situation like that. If I had a extra $50 I would have "bought it" and taken it to the police station after taking pictures of the guy that stole it. Then they would probably charge me or something. Tweaker is just going to go drug up again and maybe it will be the last time. I don't want to have a part in that but the world is a cruel place.
