This class of drugs have been used for the past few years to cut street drugs ever since the Taliban cut heroin production...duh. Reportedly "ten times stronger than fentanyl" with different formula up to 500x stronger than heroin. Wonder how much of the fentanyl crisis is really just fentanyl and/or zylazine.
