Yeah, Making "all" of the drugs legal has been a massive failure so far. Not only that but "Legal weed" in the US is heavily taxes which just made a market for illegal grow-ops to slide under the radar. There are multiple states with hundreds of illegal ops ran both by asian and mexican cartel. Yet.. they do nothing about them now.. (for the most part).

Most of the people smoking fentanyl or meth on this city’s streets balled them up and tossed them onto the ground. “Those tickets frankly seemed like a waste of time,” said Alvarez, who stopped issuing them a few months after the law went into effect."
