Or DEA. Apparently someone forgot to call the Sheriff or locals to NOT stop this car. Bitch was probably a undercover fed or a CI on her way to entrap someone.

Something along those lines. Just strange that they'd get all the pictures with drugs, dog in front, and then the DA drops all charges.
