“May cause”. I’ve looked at a lot of data and studies regarding this over the years. It seems probable that people with predispositions to mental illness are more likely to be influenced to try drugs and be more negatively impacted by them. Cannabis has negative social effects earlier in life but this headline sounds worse than it really is. 1/3 of a very small population is not many people.
