I already know weed is legal in the Netherlands (can't smoke outdoor though), that's why arabs/sand-niggers related crimes skyrocketed when they did legalized weed.

I believe all drugs. And a lot of them are for private use (non public). Some have limits on amount. Some require voluntary treatment, fines, confiscation, etc. But none of them get a lifelong criminal record and spend years in prison.

As with all things you can be responsible or irresponsible in your use. And by itself (just like a gun or any other inanimate object) a drug can do nothing.
