Drug addicts need to be allowed to die. By feeding them, offering them shelter, and giving them medical treatment, we are only breeding more of them. They are engaged in behaviors that are suicidal. Fine, let them continue in these behaviors without support from the government or private welfare groups. Let them kill themselves. It's the only way to keep their numbers down.
