I think it depends on the state. Some states, like PA, have declared that they will not share their MM database with the Feds, but there's no guarantee set in stone. I don't think CO stores any of their recreational data since an ID scan is not required.

They may not share it, but just having it exist worries me. I wouldn't mind being able to legally buy some weed every now and then, but I'd much rather retain my right to own firearms.
