So begins the fall of Montana. Any state with recreational marijuana permissions collapses into a socialist hellhole. It isn’t the cause, just the bellwether.
Fun fact: this technically precludes you from purchasing a firearm.
This is why I haven't gotten a medical marijuana card. It documents you are using weed.
For recreational purchases, do they keep a record, scan your id? Or is it like buying beer where they only verify age?
I think it depends on the state. Some states, like PA, have declared that they will not share their MM database with the Feds, but there's no guarantee set in stone. I don't think CO stores any of their recreational data since an ID scan is not required.
They may not share it, but just having it exist worries me. I wouldn't mind being able to legally buy some weed every now and then, but I'd much rather retain my right to own firearms.
Intoxicants are for niggers. Sobriety is best.
You're not wrong, but I still enjoy it on occasion.
I sure as hell used to, until I conquered my inner nigger.
