You always end up on the 19th floor or something higher, nobody said anything about the renovation until you show up to check in, then you're waiting 45 minutes for the 1 out of 6 elevators that is actually working, and the stairs are closed because they don't want anybody but construction crews going onto the floors having the construction done.
