I was watching some kind of guided Christian meditation that had you tie a scarf around your neck and drape it over your face (imitating Jesus's burial shroud or something like that). Then lie on the bed with your head draped off the edge. And after it lulled you into a certain point of relaxation it instructed you to slide off the bed, which constricted the chord around your neck to painfully choke you. It was a demonic trap. Probably inspired by that story about the kid accidentally hanging himself in a failed practical joke. After I realized I was tricked I thought about the possibility of dying from brain swelling.
