I would probably stew dog. Most dogs eat a shitty grain diet their whole lives and wouldn't be very good. Throw the liver in the stew so you at least get some nutrition from it. Would probably throw out the other organs other than heart or brain though, there really isn't much good on a domesticated dog. Standard beef stew recipe in the slow cooker.
