Lol, mine does that. Anytime I'm sitting around and start thinking about leaving, here he comes from another room waggin his tail looking at me and the door. He's even come out of sleep if start thinking about food or leaving.

If going to the bathroom, he just lays there, same for a drink. If food or outside he gets up on my ass. And he is usually laying there asleep.

"I gotta peeeee!!!" and the one obsessed with being in the bathroom with me runs to the bathroom before I even stand up from my chair.
The one who likes to go in my vocal booth with me knows the word "record" and will come flying from anywhere in the apartment to settle in there.

It's subtle, subconscious cues that you're giving off which he is able to pick up on. When you get up for food, you carry yourself differently than when you get up for a piss. Your dog is bonded with you, watched you enough to the point where he sees all of your movements in a way I don't think we can conceive as humans.
