The fatty neighbor owns two labs. So every time i play fetch with my dog, the neighbor's two dogs just look at us, with those hopeful eyes they can join in on the fun. It's so sad, fatties ruin everything. And these are super high energy dogs, not dogs you leave in your backyard. In the evening i regularly hear them whining since they arent allowed in house, so its just from 8PM to 2AM of just dogs whining in the background. Take care or your dogs, woman!!

I mean, i would take them in a hearbeat, just seeing them all abandoned crushes my heart. Dont get dogs if you cant take care of them

Might be worth asking to take them if you're willing. Or at least ask if they can come over to your yard to play fetch.

Call your animal control department. In most areas of the country they can seize neglected animals and place them in good homes.
