The fatty neighbor owns two labs. So every time i play fetch with my dog, the neighbor's two dogs just look at us, with those hopeful eyes they can join in on the fun. It's so sad, fatties ruin everything. And these are super high energy dogs, not dogs you leave in your backyard. In the evening i regularly hear them whining since they arent allowed in house, so its just from 8PM to 2AM of just dogs whining in the background. Take care or your dogs, woman!!

A former neighbor of mine was very much like that. Her dog was always in the house and they rarely took him for walks. I would go into her yard and bring her dog into mine to run around and play with my two. She was initially pissed off but I showed her how much fun they were having and she had to admit hers was better off for it. When she moved I lost track of the dog.
