Pretty sure you'd need to get him real weed for that.
Remember that CBD is a homeopathic product. There might be quality evidence that CBD can treat certain symptoms, like seizures, but the absence of quality evidence does not stop people from trying to use it for whatever they want and then make outlandish claims about what it can treat. Your dog will not get any benefit from the placebo effect like humans do when they consume cbd for problems that it doesn't actually help.
As you probably know, dogs can't have THC. The university studies I've found so far were for epilepsy and joint mobility, but they do also have testimonials for anxiety and stress.
No I didn't know that. What about all the people blowing weed smoke at their dogs?
Testimonials are what is bullshit, it's just placebo effect in action.
I imagine that their intake of THC from blowing it at their face is minimal? It is essentially poisonous for dogs if consumed.
I think with something serious like seizures it's better to use proven medication rather than take a chance something like CBD. You could supplement the medication with CBD but I would not solely rely on it. Dogs can die from seizures.
