I have both kids and spouse. I determined it by looking at how draconian the government is. I looked at how their taxes work. The US taxes based on citizenship. Ya we're too late on the SSN thing. I'm looking at houses for sale in the areas you've mentioned and the things I can afford give zero privacy.
