:) I like the complaining. e: 30 min - 90 min to a random 25-50% subset of the userbase. Where activation is random. So if there are 10 users 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and each of 1 2 3 and 4 are afflicted for up to 90 minutes, any time in the 60 minute window the affliction could wear off and one of 5 6 7 8 9 or 10 would become afflicted.
