Really? I mean, you do you.. But I would have zero respect for anyone I work with if I found out that they "made porn in their free time". They immediately would become a pathetic joke in my eyes regardless of their position in a organization and if the org found out and didn't fire them then I would find work somewhere else because I don't want to work with someone that openly degenerate.

Yeah, I really do believe that "you do you as long as its not hurting anyone" should be the general rule. Like, if you make a post to some social media (god help you if you use that shit) then you should not be fired for it. But making and posting porn is degenerate and I could never respect someone I work with especially if they were a manager or something like that.
