If you're talking about the severance packages, it's worth 8 months of pay to be rid of them now without paying them to do more damage to this country over the next 8 months. It's not uncommon to offer a buy-out to get employees to quit before a RIF.

I blame AIPAC and elected officials for the "money for Israel/kickbacks for your campaign fund" scheme that existed long before Trump was elected. Trump has to accept it for now to retain necessary political support from Congress and Senate, until those layers of House/Senate corruption are exposed to all and the practice is finally ended. AIPAC must be made to register as foreign agents. How Trump and MAGA get to that point, nobody knows, but I am pretty sure Trump has a plan to address it. You of course will disagree with me.
To answer your question, I don't like sending our money to any country and I don't like it when it happens. At this point in time is it a Trump show stopper for me? No, we have much more important fires to fight here at the moment. Once those top tier issues are resolved and the (((DS))) is sufficiently weakened, the proponents of more money for Israel will have to fully justify it to We The People before it can be sent. By that time We The People will be fully aware of the kickback scams and will scrutinize any such request through the lens of "How does this make America Great Again?"
