Who is Kash Patel, how could they know what Trumpstein is going to do and why should we even give them the benefit of the doubt?
Looking at it, it looks like he's some mystery meat (Spic?) nobody talking about wishful thinking in an administration that isn't hopelessly corrupt. He doesn't seem to be in Trump's Cabinet, he's just some random fuck they're saying "is the major reason Russiagate failed" because "He did his research" when Russiagate was so fucking obvious to most people they had to willingly and knowingly believe a lie to believe it. So... a nothing burger.
Kash was/has been/is on Trump's inner circle. He served as a U.S. National Security Council official, senior advisor to the acting Director of National Intelligence, and chief of staff to the acting United States secretary of defense during the Trump1.0 Presidency.
He's not in a position to "announce" jack shit. He's a street shitter looking to become more influential with bullshit clickbait.
He will be a part Trump's 2.0 Cabinet too.
