Read as much as I had time to, cuz it looked interesting. Turns out, it is just a complicated commercial article for physical gold and silver purchasing. (And probably not the point of OP's post.)
[Anything in brackets [ ] is me typing it in.]
With some links and quotes like:
WLT Precious Metals. [Link in the article.] You'll get a personal phone call with Ira Bershatsky (or someone on his team...) [Owner, idk, not looking it up? Call will be someone on his team, tho, lol.]
Genesis Gold. [Link in the article.] [This one is sold via:] IRAs (Investment Retirement Accounts). You know what the beauty of that is? TAX FREE baby! [Aren't IRA investments always tax free on the initial investment side?]
Lots of the usual fear mongering as far as supply and demand go, with the usual $1,000 silver fear mongering-easque speculation. Bashed on Costco for selling at an over 25% premium. There's nothing wrong with that, just pointing out the usual competition bashing. Everyone sells at a premium, this includes private sales between people. The trick is finding physical precious metals at the lowest premiums.
Free advice:
I've seen a few folks get caught up in this. The one thing most get wrong is not getting educated on what they're doing. Do your homework on this. Look into your local coin store (LCS,) not a chain store, a mom and pop shop. Go in, talk, make friends, do repeat business there, regularly. Look into the big online bullion dealers and sign up for alerts. The online dealers will notify buyers of sales. Sales are where the premiums will be lowest. There's plenty more, but like I said, do your homework before you spend. Precious metals are expensive. Investing while shooting from the hip is stupid with anything, doing that with PMs is dumb and expensive. Coins, rounds, bars, bullion, shot. Get educated, know the difference. Check out the US Mint website, etc. Some social media sites, like YouTube, have large communities dedicated to precious metals and coin collecting. Watch some videos and see what your getting into. Precious metals are a very volatile market that changes daily.
