controlled leak

This was obvious when the "leaks" was a bunch of printed out powerpoint slides with formatting like a 3rd grader's year-end project. The goal is to pass the (((restrict act))).

Most likely this is exactly the stuff the intelligence community presents to the politicians, more pictures than text and half of it just lies.

The leak was done by people who think that the Ukraine war weakens the US military and that they should focus on the coming war with China instead.

Of course the young man is a scapegoat. The press will focus on him so they don't have to talk about the contents of the material.
