Matt Hancock is not unique. The only interesting thing about this is that his messages have come out (by his own hand, he must be a bit of a retard). They (the politicians and bureaucrats responsible for this and other shameless scams) are likely very similar to him. They all know, internally, that what they are doing is wrong, that they are manipulating the public through the use of fear based propaganda and psychological operations. They. Don't. Care. They are doing it in an attempt to satiate their lust for power, they will do ANYTHING for power. The only viable response to this is to execute them, publicly. Ideally, they would be executed in a manner that would etch into the minds of the entire population. A message to echo down through the generations to never, ever do this again. But... they won't be punished. Because the people in a position to punish them were complicit in their actions.
