Not at all believable. Presidents don't make pronouncements like that in a speech without the press questioning it. Just add: "I will reveal this plot just after I take a quick drive past the Schoolbook Depository Building."

So you think the audio of the speech is fake? I know I've seen it and it was posted elsewhere in this thread by @Khro_
